（中央社記者蘇龍麒新北市2015年11月9日電）中國國民黨提名總統參選人朱立倫今天表示，證券交易所得稅課徵問題，造成資本市場很大紛擾，如果要單純化，就確認千分之3是要繳的稅即可。
朱立倫上午到新北市永和區舉辦技職教育政策談話會，會後媒體問到有關證所稅爭議的問題。
朱立倫說，課徵證所稅造成資本市場很大的紛擾，其實原來的課徵的證券交易稅，已經包含「所得稅內含」的情況。
他說，國民黨立法院黨團提出課徵千分之3的版本，其中千分之2.5是證交稅、千分之0.5是證所稅，這內有所得稅與交易稅的精神。
朱立倫說，如果要單純化，直接確認千分之3就是要繳的稅，內含各為所得稅與交易稅的意義即可。
